We use breath, gentle movement, and body awareness to locate where tension, numbness, or contraction lives physically — in the hips, chest, jaw, throat, pelvis. You don't have to name it. The body already knows where it is. From there we use somatic tools to gently signal safety to those areas, inviting release without force. Some people cry. Some feel a wave of warmth or tingling they haven't felt in years. Some just feel deeply, quietly at rest for the first time in a long time. This is a fully queer-affirming, judgment-free container. Nothing is too much. Nothing about you needs to be explained or justified. You just get to arrive — exactly as you are.
